We are pleased to announce that we have successfully expanded electrostatic safety in our company. Electrostatic discharges can cause not only unpleasant shocks, but also serious damage to electronic equipment and sensitive materials. By training our employees, we have raised awareness of electrostatic safety. We have also introduced special ESD mats at workstations to further minimize the risk of discharges.
A recertification audit by TÜV Süd took place in March. We have been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification for another 3 years.
We are happy to expand our network of experts. We are now part of Medu Holding AS in Norway. With a strong partner at our side, we are happy to be able to offer more Europe-wide service from a single source. We are grateful for the great encounters with people who live the service concept and customer orientation and want to promote it further.
To provide our employees with fresh vitamins, Conworx Service GmbH now offers fresh fruit, nuts and smoothies in the break rooms in Teningen.
Conworx Service GmbH is using new cloud-based software (ENGINE4.SERVICE) from mobile function gmbh in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, on its way to a fully digitalized service process.
The implementation of ENGINE4.SERVICE is almost complete and provides Conworx with a seamless digital process in its main business area, the service of medical devices. From order creation, planning and execution to invoicing, all process steps can now be mapped efficiently and digitally. This is made possible, among other things, by the use of state-of-the-art interfaces (REST API), which enable fast and error-free communication between the in-house ERP system and ENGINE4.SERVICE.
The planning of the numerous and very different service activities, which is done centrally from the company's headquarters in Teningen, Germany, is now supported, for example, by automatically calculating availability and suggesting suitable service technicians based on the parameters of the order (location, time, qualification). The technician on site receives all job data (customer, location, device, activity) on his smart device and has all the necessary information at a glance. All feedback on the work performed can be provided on site and transmitted immediately. In addition, the current stock of spare parts, control materials and calibrated measuring equipment is always available digitally.
With ENGINE4.SERVICE, Conworx is able to meet all current and future specifications and requirements of our partners and is well prepared for further growth.
We are looking forward to our new website. Not that much has changed, but the look has been adjusted. Perhaps some devil of errors has crept in and we ask for your indulgence.
Little by little we try to reduce our ecological footprint. First, all laser printers were converted to inkjet printers. This enables us to save around 1130kg of CO2. The fleet is also to be gradually converted to electric cars. The first e-vehicles will arrive in mid-November.
